had a great day today! sooooo happy! was taught how to make the cappuccino moouse cake, tho i dunno how to make the sponge yet but a step at a time.
ate tiramisu and carrot cake....ok lah, too much for me in one day. i seldom eat cakes in fact. well, but i enjoy making them. was given half a raspyberry cake, i think it's the cake of the month, by Jas, a colleague of mine. also, was given some chocolate cookies..so muhc things toc arry home. had to miss my swim coz of the cake. had to keep the cake in the fridge. today my sentences aren't complete coz i'm tired. cannot construct proper sentences now...hahahhaa.
but i'mr eally happy today! the chef told me that he'll test me next week and that i can't make any mistakes...hehe...he's kinda fierce when he's teaching but he's actually a nice guy.
my sista left for usa this morning. nobody to chit chat over coffee at ragtime on certain issues related to the society. i enjoyed those sessions. he's one person whom i can really speak my mind. moreover, he cares for this society too. he made me realize that i love this place alot. we need more people like him. i look ard me, i can only shake my head and retreat into my own world. very disappointing.
anyway, i still ahve this sista who's a class above the rest when it comes to societal issues. that's all i need. i've got alot of things to day abt PM goh's speech but not today. actually i'm kinda immune tow at our govt has to say on anything lah. so contradictory.
