i've brought good news!!! hehe...today at work, i ahd a good time with white chocolate. ahd to melt it and then using a cone-shaped pipe, i adh to 'draw' flowers with it on plastic sheets. this is like the decor for the dessert.
i enver kenw that there's a difference between white and dark chocolate in the temperatures when we melt them. of course, the former is very sensitive and we must be very careful in handling it.
i think i can't draw...hahhaa..thought those'flowers' look fine to me..hey, it's tough to control that 'pipe' ok! no start stop button...it's made from grease paper...the chef juz folded it and made a pipe out of it. sorry, the pipe is a tool used for decoration in baking terms. not the water pipe hor.
oh anyway, when it cooled, i saw the solid form of my flower and i tht it looked not bad.
not bad...at least i learn sthg.
got a surprise call from my dad juz now. he wanted to know the address of le cordon bleu in sydney. my mum said that he's so hardworking, checking on the address. but she also said that it's a good sigh coz he seems concerned. but we suspect that someone must have told him sthg either abt the school or my prospect as a pastrychef. if not, wait long long. he'll not bother to check all these nity gritty details.
so far, it ahs been good news for me the whole day.
oh no..tmrw tuition...god bless me. i hope my life will not be shortened.
