wow...i'm a graduate. ten yrs back, i've never dreamt that i cld enter nus, wear the academic gown and the mortar hat and go up on stage to receive my scroll.
initially i thought that it's sucha hassle to wear the gown and then receive my cert from the chancellor..total waste of time. but i felt really good, and proud when we were walking into the hall. parents were already seated and the applause, the happy faces we saw...i took in all those and have never been any happier than this day.
it's a amazing for the past 22 yrs...my life's really interesting. think there'll be more interesting stuff to come..hahaha. i'm really happy today. after receiving ceremony, my frens took photos together. hey u know my parents sat near the entrance where we had entered and after receiving my scroll, my father stood there and took a photo of me, looking like a nerd with my scroll and my cert. classic look man.
i damn KS u know, snapped two pics some more...hahahaha. :)))
but i hated wearing up the gown with the hood. so troublesome. luckily i met a fren who helped me with it or else i probably might not be able to collect my cert...hahaha.
ok, gotta sleep now. tmrw gotta wake up early to play tennis.
