finally i had a chance to learn to put the ganache over the chocolate sponge cake! my colleague taught me how to coat the outer layer of cream or chocolate (ganache) over the cake. hmm..gotta do two layers. not easya t all. i was pretty stiff. it's a brand new experience for me. she said that i wans'ty too bad in it since it was my first attempt. if only i had more time...sigh.
i used my lunch break to do this cake "decorating" and i spent the rest of my day packing! packing cookies into bags and trays for christmas! a total waste of my time. my colleague aske dme if i can work another day or two...i wld love to but if they're gonna make me pack, which i think the case anyway, i will not fork out time to do it. i wanna learn!
i dun mind if they dump me to the cookies section but not packing!
i dun find packing demeaning but i've been doing that for two whole days. can u imagine if i work another day or two? i'll b packing cookies and cookies.
if i cna learn sthg, i dun mind packing.
my feet are sore now. maybe i shd get myself a wheel chair to move ard at home. hehe.
