i made 500 over chicken pies today. feel very 'pie-d' now. hahaha.
actually i juz received an email from the caucasian couple who's willing to put me up at their place in sydney. believe it or not, they live in a 6 bedroom house, with a huge garden. the rent is $185 per week and that includes everything, ranging from laundry services to internet, use of pc and printer. i'll ahve a bedroom to myself and also a study room, my own toilet. cool yea? oh, it also includes food. wonderful!
at elast i dun have to buy so much things and bring it over. this also means that i can depart singapore on a later date.
this couple i guess is pretty nice. the husband , paul replied my mail and he said that if i choose to stay with them, then they want me to not feel like a tenant. instead, it's gonna be a home for me.
he's an architect while his wife's an academic, teaching at a uni. their son is on scholarship in america. so 6 bedrooms...hehe..i'll be running ard. hahahhaa.
eh i'm interested in gardening so i think i cna turn their garden into a botanic garden instead. but i wld love to grow herbs and lemon. wow..this is getting more and more exciting!
they even offered to give me a lift to sch if our schedules permit. if not, i can take a bus, 10-15mins journey to the sch, well, i was thinking of getting a mountain bike. wld love to cycle ard in australia.
but i dunno how long i'll put up with them. in future if i can find a permanent job, and if i can get a few kakis to live with me, i might shift out. $760 a mth is gonna be a toil on my mum. i'll be paying off my own expenses in sydney.
