i taught one student this morning and after that, i went to for my medical check up. came home abt half hr ago. wah, i slept badly alst night.went to bed ard one plus but didn't sleep till close to three i think. two plus i checked the clock. this mroning woke up at 8.15. i slept on the bus juz now. it's been a long time since i last slept on the bus. very very long. my mum asked me to go and see the doc to ask him why i'm always tired.
needless to say, i have overworked myself lah. really, eating irregularly, not resting well, i think i'm a little dehydrated. so tired to drink water.
thankfully, i'm able to stay happy.
oh, if u had read the last entry, i wasn't depressed. i juz needed ur help. i really wanna improve myself. so do me this favour. lash out watever u want at me. i won't hold any grudges.
