laurel is so cheapskate!
hahahahha....juz now i went to thomson plaza with my mum and while i was waiting for her when she was having a haircut, i went to popular bookstore. i browsed through cookery books, wat else right, ya and i manged to buy two books on coffee and chocolate...really got my heart pumping man! hehe..oh moving back to wat i wanna say, i saw some chinese cookery books. ok, i can't read chines that well, but these books had english instructions so i looked at the recipes. i found two basic recipes and i wanted to buy the two books. but hey, i only wanted those two recipes, why shd i buy them? so i took out my handphone, and having memorised the ingredients, pretended that i was smsing somebody when in fact i wrote out the recipes and happily saved them! wat a great way to save money!
guess some of you msut have found out this before me but who cares. i felt so happya fter that. mind you, i dun have to memorise every single step in the recipe coz i know these steps. juz that i need the proportions for each ingredient.
in future i shall visit popular bookshop and copy more recipes.
