today i worked straight from 9am to 6.30pm. lunched on a chicken pie and a cuppa iced milk tea. i'm so tire dnow. reached home at 8pm, had dinner.
today i committed a grave error that really made the chef mad. he warned me to look after the agar agar and once it boiled, i ahd to off the stove. i did that. but i was too late. i was standing infront of it all the time. guess i didn't read the situation well. the agar agar overflowed and dirtied the place. he was damn pissed with me.
i also dunno wat went wrong. since i eysterday i've been making mistakes and i find it hard to focus. i apologised to him later. i knew that i have pissed him off so it's natural for him to be angry. however, he later told me that he was very upset with me. ya, i guess so. i've improved alot. that was wat he said to me yesterday and then i messed things up. but i asked him to let me do the agar agar again next week. and he actually smiled. he said that he's also worried that i might mess things up but i told him that if i dun give it another shot, i'll not learn. then he said ok but told me not to commit the mistake again.
i am glad that i apologised and i am happy with myself for requestin to ahve another go at it. that's the best way to learn i guess. but i was really sorry for wat had happened. i watched the agara agar boil and then i switche doff the stove immediately but it juz happened so fast. never mind, i'll elarn from my mistake. i will.
hey, if u're in the midst of an intense semester uni, good luck and take care of urself. relax a little. hehe...i shd remind myself of that.
