todaya t my workplace, this guy who used to make muffins, has been given new tasks. actually since last week, he has been shifted to a new position and his duties now include making cookies and other the base for the cakes. today, it was my first time seeing him looked so pissed off. he was very unhappy with his new duties.
then ir ealized something. whenever there are changes, pple are unwilling to adapt to them. they hate and resist changes coz it means they have to reschedule their routine. for this colleague of mine, when he was still doing his 'old job', he cld have his lunch promptly at 12pm and go home at 4pm. everyday's this routine. but today, he did not even have time to buy lunch and at 5.3pm, he was still working. no wonder pple resent changes! and no wonder our govt's so worried.
i dunno why but i enjoy learning new stuff. i love to do different things! not so boring for me i guess. but i thinnk for many, they prefer to stick to their routine and get on with their lives. why do u want to ahve ur life in a mess?
its not easy to acept changes but do try to. adopt a positive attitude and u'll not only gain more than u expected, u'll be happier.
