i dunno why this franchaise idea popped into my head juz now. a few mths back, someone wrote an article in the ST abt franchaising in singapore. that it's so easy to buy a frnachaise. strapped with cash, u can be a boss too!
but the writer also said that franchaising is like copying. it's the same thing but juz another outlet at naother location. and we have quite a number of franchaises coming up. the writer said that this shows that singaporeans lack inc reativity.
i havethis book abt cafe in london, well mainly in Soho and i've tos ay that the decor is simply amazing. i think the decor is very telling. it's bold, imaginative. how many cafe have we walked into in singapore that'll give us this impression? so far, none. it's really sad to see carbon copies and to be slammed with this notion that we aren't creative. we can't think.
we've to be pragmatic and yet creative today. we hav eto be perfect.
ok, i'll juz shut up and pursue my dream.
