being away for the lunar new year is my first time. i called home to wish everybody a happy new year. never did i expect my grandma to break down. she hardly cries. she's not the kind who cries easily but she juz said, i dunno how to say this but grandma really misses u. yeah i miss everyone back in singapore. it broke my heart to hear her cry. i think it's my first time hearing her cry. but wat can i do. i cld only listen. cldn't say anything at all.
i think my mum wants me to go back during april, that's my term break. she said that grandma and grandpa haven't gotten over my departure. i am very tempted to go back, very much so. but i've to be very tough on myself if i wanna step into this industry. i wanna work abroad but i also wish at the same time i ahve everyone of u with me. sigh...am gonna check out the prices for my air ticket in a little while.
well, i did nothing today. yes, nothing. watched soccer news, jogged, went to supermkt with helen, lazed ard, dinner, looked thr my bks and now, here i am.
was supposed to go to some mkt with paul and helen but they came back late after visiting their aunt in hospital. by then, the mkt was closed. u know lah, here the places close early. tmrw i'm going to town to this place at circular quay called The Rock(s). helen told me that the stuff there is nice. it's has also a flea mkt concept.
since i arrived, i've only been able to sleep 6hrs a day. weird. maybe still adjusting. today's a cooling day, temperature stood ard 24 degree celsius. i realized that i need to jog double the dist compared to that in singapore coz of the cool weather. ok, i've embarked on my exercise regime. am gonna check out the aquatic centre which they used for the sydney olympics 2000. not cheap so i shall stick to jogging first then after gettting my student card, i'll buy the multi-pass to the centre.
i tht i didn't ahve much to say tonite but still....abit lor sor i think. but this is the channel where i reveal my thts and feelings. i really can't afford the time to type and reply to each mail esp'ly once class starts.
