hi mates! lesson number one starts tmrw. gotta wake up at 6am!!! can die man. i'm alittle nervous coz it's my first lesson and i'll be in my chef gear! look kinda pro i think.
went to sch today juz to put my barang barang in my locker. we each got a locker. there's alot of things lor. luckily went to sch today to put them in the locker. cannot imagine carrying them on board the bus tmrw.
taught helen how to make sushi for dinner. she didn't know how to roll up the rice. she learnt sthg today and i think she enjoyed it. so did i! i went oriental today. cooked all my home-cooked dishes for lunch and dinner. think i'm fitting in comfortably here. adjusting to the new time and envmt.
i'll be learning how to make scones and icing sugar tmrw so i'll grab them back for photo shooting...hhahhaa. helen and paul are looking forward to it. so am i coz i love scones!
