i lazed ard at home today. only went to the supermkt near my place here to get newspapers and bought chicken wings, maggi chilli sauce and soy sauce. i never tht that they'll have the chilli sauce here so when i saw it i was so happy! then i decided to have fried chicken wings for dinner. hmm....feels good man. i think i shd get my mum to send the chilli sauce over coz the cost of one bottle is equal to that of two bottles back home. well, better than nothing. how much i can eat right.
i watched pearl harbour this morning. woke up at 9am. my sleeping hrs have changed. sleeping early and waking up early too. by the time i finished watching the movie (at home on cable), i went to fry beehoon for lunch. i realised that the blended chilli i made was nice when i mixed it with light and dark soy sauce and rice vinegar. i've shredded chicken so i took some out and dip into my chilli. oh, i'm beginning to enjoy eating tofu straight out from the fridge. it's nice to ahve it with the chicken and the chilli.
made my shantung noodles after lunch n made the paste for the sauce for the noodles. i can have 6 meals of noodles...yum yum. i've both chicken and prawn stocks so can cook anytime! yet to make dumplins coz i ran out of the meat and prawns. surprisingly the meat was sold out when i got to the supermkt. the prawns were damn ex. bt it's king prawns, abt $28 per kg. i'll prefer my tiger prawns. not used to big prawns.
tmrw i'll be going to manly beach with my frens. we'll be checking out the different beacjes for the next few weeks. will be having bbq one of the weekends at one of the beaches. singapore beaches too pathetic. so must enjoy while i'm still here.
