it raine dthe whole day today and my clothes got wetter!!! looks like there;ll be showers over the weekend. die...no clothes to wear. pray that the sun comes out for a few hrs tmrw. that's all i need.
i spent the mroning cleaning my room, then in the afternoon, i i took out a new exercise book and decided to churn it into a cookbook. i wrote an introduction, followed by 9 recipes. it's not easy to write out the recipes coz it meant that i'd to explain every thing in detail. looks like i need to take more pics. ir ealized that pple love to look at pics whenever they flip thr a cookbook.
i told my sista abt this and he told me that it's not how much i wrote each time but the daily or rather regular "input" into my book.so i've decided to put my book in the kitchen so that everytime i've sthg good, i'll jot it down. maybe u may think that i'm being ambitious. haven't even become a chef n already writing my own book, well, all i know is that if i wanna do sthg, age does not matter. watz more impt is not procrastinate. my fren, pris, suggested that i write my own cookbook and i cannot resist that idea coz it's like a dream for me to be able to have my own cookbook.
i hope by the end of my course, i'll ahve a cookbook ready! wow...at the age of 23 with my own cookbook....i'm gonna be really proud of myself. whether it's gonna be published, depends on my luck. i'm clueless right now but never mind, i'll juz compiling as tho i'm gonna get it printed and sold. i believe it'll be published, i believe that the food industry in singapore still has room for improvement. i also have not given up on the thought of being a food critic. i sound a little arrogant and ambitious right now. pardon me. but i'm even more excited than before. iw rote for abt 4 hrs today in my cookbook. even got a title. hahhahaha...it's fun!
oh, there's sthg i wanna tell u all but i kept forgetting. u know in sch, we all have lockers in this room so every time after lessons, we go there to get our stuff, throw our tool box in, etc. then....we're too lazy to walk to the toilet which is kinda far so we all juz change there. mind u, both the guyz and gals change there. no covers at all. so basically u can see everything lah. ermm...i dun change there unless there're only gals or nobody there. anyway, iv'e got a shirt under my uniform so it's juz changing the bottom.
asians more conservative coz usually it's the asian gals who head twds the toilets when the locker room is crowded. true...i can't simply change in front of so many pple. still conservative i guess. nothing wrong with that but thought i shd juz share with u all this.
