i made bread today. after eating this bread, i really wonder what's so good abt bread talk? i remember when i toasted any bread in singapore, they srink in size coz of all the preservatives in it but i toasted the bread i made today and they didn't shrink in size. that, the chef said, is bread without preservatives.

tmrw will be making more bread -crusty rolls. the chef told us he'll get smkoed salmon n we'll feast on smoked salmon sandwich tmrw. not bad right. this is life.

my mum's colleague's coming down to sydney for a day for business purpose n i'm gonna ask ehr if she can carry back the bread to singapore i'll pass her my photos on thursday n hopefully the bread too, n she'll be flying off that evening. really want my family to try the stuff i make.

i borrowed a book from the sch library - the cooking chicken. it's abt chicken written from a sociological viewpoint. hahha...cute right! well, i juz started reading a little n the author said that australians love eating coz it takes away anxiety. and aussies love bbq n this author quoted from somewhere that bbq is a way for women to relax coz they dun have to do the cooking.

singaporeans love to eat. so is eating a means for us to rid anxiety?
