i really can't drink chinese tea. last nite afer drinking one cup at 9pm, i tossed n turned in bed. cldn't sleep. but i did manage to catch some sleep. surprisingly i was alert n hyperactive in class today. we made brioche n plaited loaves...yum yum...brioche tasted so good.
the chef gave me 5 marks today. that's the max. usually i get 4. he said that i've "changed" for the better. i think i shd drink more chinese tea. all the while i knew i cld have done better but it's this morning thing which i find it hard to stay awake. most of the times i find it hard to focus. i even have to resort to walking from home to sch -45mins in the mornings to get my system warmed up. well i guess that paid off. i enjoy the morning walk evne tho it's gonna be rainy tmrw. it's 19 degrees now. crazy weather.
today the chef told us that our exam's in the last week n not next week. stupid. now then say. i haven't study yet. gonna pore thr the theory bit this week n then i'm gonna practise choux pastry by teaching margaret's mum. hehe. not bad right?
tmrw i'll be making croissants. the plain ones, savoury ones n sweet ones.
oh, today while waitin for the dough to prove, we made mud cake. wah...moist n soft. but i think it's too sweet. am gonna ask chef how muhc sugar i can reduce. think i can sell that. well, that goes well with ice cream too...r u drooling????
