went to the flemington mkt this morn.it's like a huge pasamalam but the prices of their track shoes were shockingly high. asics ones cost from $80 to $100.
but some of their t-shirts weren't too ex abt $5. this mkt is near the olympic stadium which is not far from my place. but it's inconvenient. no direct bus there. we've to take a bus from top ryde to strathfield station n then catch a train to flemington, two stops away. my frens and iw ent up to the train station and there were 8 platforms, but nobody whom u can ask if u were on the right platform. we went on the wrong platform and whenever a train stopped, the driver wld get off for awhile and we'd run to hhim if the train's going to flemington. only by the thrid train then the driver told us that it's not platform 6 but 8 where we can catch a train to the mkt.
my frens came over to this place near my house to eat fish n chips. now they only serve take-aways so i asked paul n helen if they cld come over to eat n paul was soooo nice. he said, "u can treat this like ur own home. do watever u like." but i explaine dto him that it's only courteous of me to ask them for permission. and he juz said it's nice of u to inform us. but we really dun mind. so nice right? baobao said that helen has the look of an angel.
oh, it's autumn now and i've tos ay that the weather's horrendous today. the wind's very cold but the sun's shining brightly over our heads. i rushe dout of the house so didn't bring any moisurerizer. manz...my skin became really dry and luckily baobao had moisturizer and she lent it to me. even now my skin still hurts. i've never experienced tis sorta dryness. i applied quite alot of the mositurizer when i came home. think my mum might call me tmrw night and ask me abt my skin. no need, mother. it'll be fine. i'll apply moisturizer and carry a small bottle with me wherever i go.
so my korean fren was right in saying that there are 4 seasons in one day in sydney. i've juz experienced it. i need my winter clothes here soon if the weather continues to be like that.
this whole week i'll be learning how to make choux pastry. with choux pastry, we get cream puffs and eclairs. this is sthg which i've to make for my exams. after that, it'l be bread...omg...my favourite!!!
so who's planning to come over to sydney???? i hope i cans ecure a permanent job after i'm done with the course.
