went to yum cha at marigold restaurant. not bad. neve rknew that three of us ate up to abt $69!!! but then i dun remember eating so much. juz one item of each kind..har kow, siu mai, two char siu pao, sesame ball n one deep fried dunno wat plus a char siu soh n three of us shared abowl of beancurd. thats abt it. my frens started eating before i went there.
anyway, we went to birkenhead point n i've to say that the sales there were quite good. i got a tee from FCUK at $19. they're clearing their summer stock i think. u guyz shd come. the weather's not bad tho sometimes it rains.
two of my gal frens said that they've got a surprise for me n then one revealed that they're coming. i'm not convinced at all. i mean one's working on her projects. her final yr in nus. how can she juz come? unless it's in May lah.
u all seen my choc pics? not bad right? i wish u were all there to see the real thing man. two weeks later, it's baobao n my turn to cook singapore food. we're still struggling with this qn of wat exactly's singapore food?
i can't be bothered anymore. am gonna make dumplings n there's a request for my char siu pork. baobao gonna make soya beancurd for me!!! i'll cook barley water for them to drink. plus my seaweed soup.
i thought of cooking soy chicken with giblets n making throw in two or three hard boiled eggs and fried tofu. is that singapore food?
