everything went wrong for me today. it started with my short pastry being too tough. then the choc mousse i made wasa total flop. i tell ya, i was so ashamed of myself coz it's really simple to make but i cldn't get it done properly. i dunno why but my frens can't multiply. think they shd go to singapore for math education. then the choc which i melted in a plastic, burst. that has never occured. and finally, to my horror, the baked cheesecake in the oven was being baked at a temp of 150 degrees!!! my god. no wonder the cake never seem baked! if i didn't check, i think the cake will be in there for another hour.
how do all of these sound to u? juz one of those bad days. i cldn't even complete my jog juz now.
when i was jogging, i thought about the pple in singapore. SARS has been on my mind the last past week. i never dreamt that singaporeans cld be victims of this virus. it's the last place on earth where such a thing can happen.
