i looked thr the book which LCB recommended us to read during the term. it's alittle technical but i must say the info was really good. for example, if u wanna sub bitter choc for cocoa, the bk says that u can use how much cocoa n on top of that wat u must add. very interesting. now i understand why baking is not as simple as it seems. alot of chemistry involved in it.
i havne't like read in detail all the stuff in the book. but i do know that i will get this book before i leave this country.
i hate winter. makes me wanna sleep all the time. this afternoon, i was in a semi-conscious state and i lay on my bed for abt an hr. it's cool now. i cannot imagine watz winter like without snow. it's really a pity lor. all the sacrifice for the coldness n u get nothing from it. bleargh.....
the weather prevents me from jogging. shit!!! n it's so cold that i dun wanna get out of the house. i must go for a swim tmrw.
