i'm gonna start work on april 28th at this small french bakery opened by a french couple. they bake pastries n bread only. no cakes at all.
why they employed me was becoz i'm aisan n they made it clear that i'm able to infuse an asian touch to the pastries. i liked that idea. the boss told me that i cld experiement with watever stuff i wanted. that's even better!
wait a second... that means i'm gonna be giving them my recipe n they make a profit outta it while i earn only $10 per hr? earlier i was happy to get this job but now....the more i think abt it the more doubtful i am.
well, april 28th is juz my try-out day. if i dun like it, i can juz forget abt it. actually i wanna work in this choc shop that's enar this french bakery. i walked past it juz now n man...the choc there looked damn pro!!!! tats skill!
i'm gonna call them tmrw n ask if they need any part timers. it'll help if i can get a job there coz i'm gonna learn to carve choc in superior class.
