The same chef’s gonna teach me again in intermediate, starting from next Tuesday.
I’ve tried to make muffins using a formula but it didn’t turn out well. I think it cld be the amt of baking powder I put and also, the baking powder’s been ard for quite some time. didn’t give the muffins any lift so it’s dead.
I could have overmixed it. next week I’ll ask the chef how to make nice muffins.
Juz now I spoke to kieran for the first time, paul n helen’s son. He sounds like a nice chap n from wat I’ve heard abt him, he is really a nice boy. Think he’s coming back for the hols n that means I’ve one more person to whack the desserts I’ll be making. In intermediate….it’s all abt cakes.
It’s not so cold today. 20 degrees in the day with the sun shining brightly. The perfect weather for me. I walked ard in my shorts n t-shirt.
I miss everyone back home. Hopefully u’re all fine n healthy. Drop me an email to tell me if u’re happy, sad, depressed, watever. Any nonsense till the end of the week before my class start again.
Hmm…I just read ST online, commentary section, this american talked abt usa being arrogant n china, untrustrworthy. Must I emphasize how much I hate china
