Wow..it’s been a cold day. must have been 20 degrees or even lesser the entire day. I revised my work n made puff pastry by hand. Well, I think it’s suc/f coz it rose up after baking. However, theyw ere all burnt coz the oven was too hot. It’s not becoz I put on the wrong temp but this oven is exceptionally powerful. Maybe when I bake tmrw, I’ll reduce by 20 degrees.
Paul cooked dinner tonite. He made sthg like beef patties using minced beef. I liked it. but I tht maybe there shd be more breadcrumbs in it n egg.
My fren wanna go to the beach tmrw. The temp will be like 20 degrees n it’ll be cloudy plus rain. Think I’ll have another day to stay at home to study. That’s good. I can make shortcrust pastry or maybe try with my puff pastry again.
It’s so cold that making puff pastry at home is not a chore. The butter didn’t even melt. It’s like working in the kitchen.
