i cooked chicken curry today. tmrw it'll be sold as chicken curry pies. i dun like the curry coz it's sweet. everything is sweet here basically. my boss and his wife loved it. yasmina said that i'm a good cook. hahahaha...pls....it's just one of our local favourites. the ones in singapore are sooooooooo good.
yasmina went to the immigration dept today and ifel (her husband) and i had to cover her duties. so i had to make sadwiches which dunno why, sold like hotcakes today. yasmina upon her retunr, asked me if i'm willing to be signed on an appreticeship with them. well, they approached me coz according to immigration, they're only temporary residents here and by june this yr, if they dun have any apprentices under contract, they'll have to get outta aust. weird country. i'm not sure at all how this is gonna affect me. actually i was thinking of leaving this place for another job if i can find one coz here, they dun make alot of stuff. i mean the variety. but they're nice and their bread's first class.
wat shd i do? i told paul abt it and he said that i shd ask helen when she returns. she's in wollongong now on a seminar. she has a fren who works in immigration and he told me to tell her so that she can ask her fren. there's no obligation for me to sign on as an apprentice as yasmina said. they'll still keep me there but they'll find another person to work as their apprentice. well, if that's the case, then i'll have lesser to do. headache man...
anyway, gonna talk to my mum about it. i hope my chicken curry pies will turn out well tmrw. i told them to sell it with bread. their bread's soooooooo good. i know i've said that many times but that juz show how good it is lor.
