i had a busy day today. i enjoyed it though coz we sold almost all the pastries last week n there's nothing left for this week. therefore, had to start from scratch once again. i dun mind.
ifel told me to make almond cream, cream patissere, croissants, snails, puff pastry and even taught me to make macaroons! the ebst thing was when he said make this n that, i knew wat to do. that's the way man! didn't stop working till 4pm. jus went on n on but of coz must eat my small baguette n have my 2 cups of coffee. that's compulsory for me when i work.
my figners were stiff n numb the whole time today. it's terrible. right now, i can feel that they're getting stiffer. it sucks!!! can uguyz donate 10 degrees over???
heard from siripon that we'll be making danish pastries this week. well, i've had enuff of that. i dunw anna see the chef actually. start to hate him. used to dislike him but now, it's hatred.
