i went to chatswood with my frens today. spent the entire day there. chatswood is another suburb and it has two big shopping centres and many cafe and asian shops. we didn't get to shop much in these shopping centres coz they were huge. moreover, the stuff there aren't that cheap.

i found the yum cha place which auntie margaret brought me there. so i brought my frens there to makan. nice stuff and this time each of us paid $14.20. not bad a price. this is with another grp of frens. the last time i went with baobao and nuch. still can't figure out why n how we ate that much.

today was really cold. all thanks to the wind. i went for my morning jog and the moment i opened the door, i stood there awhile (frozen) then decided to continue with my plan to jog. i was in my shorts and t-shirt jogging at a temperature of 15 degrees. it's the wind lah. basket! the whole day at chatswood was windy and luckily i wore my jeans, t-shirt and my denim jacket. well, it didn't help much when the wind came.

hey hey hey!!!! i bought a football!!!1 i know winter's coming soon n that's why i purposely bought the football - to prevent myself from hibernating. the weather does get into me and affects my motions. i feel sooooo lazy sometimes but these days i tell myself to get my system started!!! i'm getting my mum to send my pump so that in case my football is deflated, hehe, my pump can rescue it. i juz need a pair of soccer boots. think i can fit into a kids one. that'll come later. no hurry. btw, in the case u dunno, soccer's a winter sport. oh, the football cost me abt A$11. a present for myself.
takako told me after i bought the ball that i looked like a kid who has gotten his/her present. hahahaha...yes yes yes, i was really happy. i will be happier once i get to play tennis. by then no time to hibernate!!!

tmrw gotta work. wonder wat i'll be doing. hey! this week i'll be making more choc! about the same as last time but we'll learn to make truffles n on top of that the chef told us that he'llt each us how to make rocher. i dun think it's that tough actually as i recall watz in the rocher. just more time consuming.

ok, gotta go now. take care! it's very promising to hear that there haven't been any more SARS cases in singapore. good work! must thanks the nurses and docs and those pple who've quarantined themselves just in case they've got the virus. also, must thank the government. well, they've got no choice. it's done for the sake of our economy.

i'm ver tempted to sell french bread in singapore esp'ly the ones my boss makes. lovely!
