i'm pooped! just finish ironing my uniform. i've got a big batch of clothes to settle after tmrw. anyone wann come help me do my laundry???
went to work today. initially it was an uneventful day. then ifel's German fren, Jan (the J is pronounced as Y) came over and he made muffins!!! woolala....it's different lor. not that it's freshly baked. but thetexture is not like the nnormal muffins we eat in singapore. those are almost like cake coz they use creaming method. Jan used the "traditional" way to make the muffins. he made a banana walnut one and apple with carrots. think my boss is gonna sell these. yes!! that means i've a chance to make!!! must take down the recipe man. Jan told me that in germany these muffins were very popular. i shd think so.
heard that there was a new found SARS case yesterday. right on the last 20th day. the day which everyone's waiting for. no WHO clearance? i've not read the ST. going to do so now. but it's bad news for singapore. i found out from my frens yesterday that Mr Boon or rather, Mr Lau, this malaysian guy from intermediate cuisine, his mother and sister died from SARS last thursday. i was shocked. dunno if he went back to singapore or not. prob'ly not. if i see him in sch tmrw i'll ask him.
ok, tmrw sch again. my schedule's packed again.
