needless to say, i was kinda stoned out while working. just tried to keep my mind focussed on the job. anyway, today made a lot of stuff out of croissant dough.
my boss told me the secret to making a good base for quiche lorraine. told me to keep it to myself and enver share it with anyone. yes, i will. certain things can share but ultimtely i've to make the decision as to which ones i've to keep.
i elarn to be more selfish now. well, dun blame chefs for keeping their recipes to themselves coz they need it to earn a living. lemme ask u to put urself in the business world ok. well, if uv'e got to come up with a proposal to bid for some really "hot property", will u tell ur rival company or anyone else wat info u have in ur proposal?
i just hope that u'll understand why i can't give u all some recipes esp'ly relating baking. that's why it's good to sell bread. recipe given also doesn't mean u can make good bread. but not for cakes. if u share it, the whole world knows how to fix a good sponge which will defintely be useful.
i'm going in to work at 7am tmrw. purposelyr equested to do that coz i wanna see the bread. moreover, i asked my boss to teach me t o make the muffins n he said no pblm again.
it's getting colder now. winter's just round the corner. nowadays, the highest temp is prob'ly ard 18 degrees. but sometimes the weather's eccentric.
