oh...the danish pastries we made today were soooooooooooooooo damn good!!! can melt anyone's heart jsut by the sight of it. iused to wonder how anyone can make such danish pastries n today, i was totally 'consumed" by the sight of the trays of pastries chayanuud n i made. it was fantastic!!
i rely on chayanuud to use her ddigital cam to snap pics but that bobo forgot to charge battery for her cam. luckily i brought my cam so i hope i can scan them n send it to all of ya!!
i think if i've the money to set up my own shop, i'll jsut sell bread n pastries. no cakes. lower operating cost some more. oh...those pastries...
i've saved some in the freezer for my mum.
while i was happy with my work today, i was unhappy over another issue. my results. dun think it matches my performance. but enver mind, i told myself that so long i've the passion n carry the right attitude in me, i'll be a good pastry chef. never say die!
