pple, i'm really sorry for being so critical on singaporeans not knowing wat they're comsuming. i am really really sorry for being so inconsiderate and perhaps arrogant.
i am soooo lucky to be given this chance to pursue my dream and study in LCB where i'm taught about food and nutrition. altho not that alot neverthelss, it's good enuff.
i criticized singaporeans for not knowing wat they're eating. well, i thought about it and asked myself how many pple are as lucky as i am??? it's ok i hink to tell pple my experiences but not criticize them for not knowing that there're much better stuff ard. i think students who are as lucky as i am to be sent abroad to study, shd appreciate their "golden oppty" even more and not be too critical on singaporeans. not many pple are lucky as us. i was being too arrogant too. so disgusted with myself.
ok, i went to work. supposed to end at 12pm but i stayed on till 2.30pm to make more pie bases. made tarts today too. i told my boss to put me on a night shift with him so that i cna learn to make bread. he said ok and even told me that if i'm tired i can go down to his place to sleep. his wife also said that too! how nice these pple are!!!
i hope i can get to do that asap coz i really wanna learn how to make that kinda bread and hopefully in the later part of my life when i've enuff capital, i can sell it.
tmrw jean will be cooking thai food. yes!!! it's my day off!! finally can wake up at any time i like!!! pray that the sun appears tmrw. too much rain here. i dun it's damn hot in singapore. hey! pass some heat over!
