Today we made truffles. It’s one of the most boring lessons. U know truffles are round in shape right? Well, basically we’ve gotta make ganache –different types and then let it set. After which, we get our hands dirty and shape the ganache into balls. Let it set again. Tmrw we’ll be coating them with tempered chocolate. But they taste nice esp’ly our rocher.
The lesson was so boring that we all felt so lethargic didn’t talk much either. It’s just another day. well, at least I learnt to make truffles so next time if I return to singapore, I can sell them.
So far no one has visited me yet. SARS is getting better in singapore I think. Good news.
