busy day at work today. ifel's son fell from the stairs n yasmina had to go to the hospital with him. so only ifel n i to handle everything. i ended work at 6.30pm. worked 10.5 hrs straight. never even sat down, my back's stiff now.
looks like this week will be a very busy week for me at work coz enxt week i'm not working n ifel wnats me to make as many croissants to last till end of nxt week. we've got an order for 200 croissants. good luck to me. OPERATION CROISSANTS.
Made a simple cake with custard n choc shavings. decorated it with some fruits n on my way home, the bus driver kept jamming the brakes n the fruits fell out!!!! damn! had to fix it at thome. oh, i amde the cake for helen coz it's her birthday today. got her a jap tea set which she used it straight after dinner.
i tried this spanish pie made out of goat's cheese n spinach (the filling) n filo pastry. paul made it just now. hmmm..it's nice even tho i hate goat's cheese n spinach.
i can't play tennis tmrw coz it's gonna rain. i think god's trying to torment me here. when i found a tennis buddy, the weather's soooo screwed up.
