made ice cream n sorbet today. it's in the sch's freezer. tmrw i'll have choc, vanilla, choc chip, hazelnut ice cream n lemon n raspberry sorbet to bring home. on top of that i've two bomb alaskas n opera gateau. how on earth can i carry all of them back???
big headache.
btw, bomb alaska is not a bomb ok. i dun fix bombs. i fix cakes. it's a dome-shaped thing with ice cream, meringue n sponge. helen said that it's nice. i think the opera gateau is nice. looking fwd to fix that.
i am happy with the class now coz the chef does his demos. not as lost as before. n he has stopped talking so much nonsense. i dun mind his nonsense but only if he does his job. anyway, all's well now.
a fren of mine is in a dilemma. she wants to go to london to complete her superior course. but she'll miss her frens here in sydney. she has not paid her sch fees n is given a dateline to do so. i kept telling her to go to london even after she decided that she shd stay here n complete the course. this affected her n made her more confused coz she kept thinking abt wat i said. i told her that going to lonson will be a gd experience even tho it's only ten weeks. i didn't know that by encouraging her to go to london, i was getting her confused. did i do the right thing? i felt bad when she told me that. any advice?
