my boss asked me to bring home bread today. i've done that a few times. today i chose the round shaped one which is amde up of rye, wholemeal n organic flour. hmmm....the texture of the bread's really good n it's healthy!!! remember, no sugar at all.
i think LCB shd get my boss to teach us how to make bread. i am really impressed with the kinda bread he makes. i think in future if i've the capital, i'll set up my own business just selling, bread, puff pastries n croissants. one man show so no one can steal my recipe. hahahhaa. well, i've been told to not tell anyone my recipes. can udnerstand that esp'ly now that we're living in a dog-eat-dog world.
busy day for me n ifel altho the business was slow. gotta stock up for saturday's business n on top of that next week's stuff coz i'm not going in to work.
not so tired now coz i had enuff rest the alst two nites. slept early actually.
