another horrible day. we made roses out of marzipan. my god....almost slept. luckily my chef wanted us to fix our genoise sponge again so we had to fill it with choc ganache n cover ths sides with marziapn, then decorate the cake with our roses. i hate flowers!!!
on sunday jean told me that after she met me in sydney, she never felt homesick again. hahahahaha.....i was over the moon!!!! we share common interests, plus we love coffee, alfresco dining, cooking...
didn't get to play tennis again. sondra's fren forgot to pass her the racquet. well, i dun think i'll get to play in sydney. just another 3mths before i head home n i can play till i drop dead for the rest of my life.
it's cold these days. really cold. tmrw the highest temp is 15 degrees. no joke. there was a blizzard somewhere further up from canberra, the place where pple go to ski n all that coldness is setting in here. damn shit lor. i hate winter!
tmrw will be making animals outta marzipan. hopefully my cow or monkey will look like a cow n a monkey. hahahhaa... not bad when i can make a rose.
