long day at work today. ifel doesn't want me to work tonite. said that it's bad for a gal to work overnight. well, i'm all prepared for it coz i knew wat i was heading for when i chose to work in this industry. however, yasmina wanted me to learn from ifel. but ifel told me that he'll teach me only after i'm done with my course!!! all i need is a week or two. told me that the dough temp is the most impt factor in making good bread.
made strawberry mousse cake n those individual ones sold well. surprisingly for this land of meat pies n sausage rolls. tmrw will be making more lemon tarts. i dun mind that. my favourite tart!!!
