today at work, i was slow. but it was good to b back again! miss the aroma of the bread, the feel of the croissant dough .... satisfied myc raving for ifel's mini baguette n lemon tart but can only eat half of it. these days not that cold n i realize that my appetite has dropped.
tmrw i'll be working in the daytime n the night. ifel's gonna teach me how to make bread. well, he has explained to me the theories but it's best to do it by hand. so exciting!!!! yasmina said that i shd learn from ifel n not go to france. that'll save me abit of money. can do other stuff with tat kinda money.
i have to master bread-baking from ifel if i wanna set up my own business. still think it's more exciting n challenging to do that. gotta think more abt this.
takako got her sister to send me the curry powder from japan n as usual her "cafe sweets" magazine. if i didn't have to work tmrw night i intended to go down to her place to chill out.
