we made nice lemon tartlets today. not in our syllabus but andre decided to teach us. hmmm....they tasted good. finished off all our petit fours today. andre wnated them to be presented on a tray and he's the kind who'll give us a time period to finsih it n as the passes, he'd inform us how many mins we've left. i like that kinda tempo in the kitchen. feels like a real commercial kitchen. realized that i've become more organized and focussed in class. no pblm finishing early. still got time to help others pack their stuff.
the days are getting warmer n warmer. the mornings aren't that cold like it did in early july/late june. my t-shirt's a little wet now. i woke up at 2am this morning coz i was actually perspiring. felt uncomfortable. came online n saw my cousin who couldn't believe that i was up at that hour since i complained that i was tired. felt much better today.
back to work tmrw. miss ifel n family. such wonderful souls.
i'm in the sch library right now with takako. so warm in here. wonder if they've the air conditioner switched on.
