another hectic day in sch. we had to prepare the stuff for two cakes, lemon tarts and pistachio ice cream. the cakes have got different layers of filling in it so we had to make different cream n ganaches for them. we were busy all the way.
tmrw we'll be assembling everything together. it'll be hell for us again. jean said that their class didn't finish making all these items. i'm quite sure my cclass will be able to do it. i realized that whenever the chef said that we can't finish it on the day itself, well somehow all b able to complete it.

it's a chilly day. strong wind. can't play tennis. will see if it's possible tmrw. so i went to the bank again hoping that they had found my wallet but no...i can't believe it. this time they said that no one actually received it. it's aparcel n they all kenw that but they dunno where they put it!!! i'm pissed. too much meat pies n sausage rolls. come on aussies!!! it's a simple task. just put away the wallet in a safe box!!!! it's a bank!!! if u can't handle a wallet, wat else can u do???!!!!

i think LCB should teach us more abt the food business, as in how to run ur own business. i found out that SHATEC teaches that but it's incorporated in their cooking or rather practical courses. it's also the same for the cooking sch - TAFE here too. so how come LCB doesn't teach us about costing??? man...i'm extremely disappointed with LCB. very very disappointed. i'll pay a visit to mya gent in singapore when i return for good in october 18.

i jusy watched "jamie's kitchen", a jamie oliver program on how he trained 15 unemployed youth to be chefs n to work in his restaurant. all the yelling in the kitchen, tension, adrenaline-rushing periods..... they were just soooooo good for me. i like that kinda atmosphere. it's hell for any normal being but it's ooolala for me. that's excitement. SHIOK!!!

overall i had a good day in class. i didn't know that ifel's shop was mentioned in the papers today. he told me thursday the journalist is coming to take pic. think he said the wrong thing. but well, jean said that his baguettes were all sold out today. good for him! all his hard work has paid off!

another mad day tmrw but well, that's my kinda life.
