felt better this morning but not ver gd in the afternoon. jean's also sick. down with a cold. must be the wind on sunday. the weather's really erratic these days. the day's getting longer. it's pretty bright at 6am. winter's on its way out!!!
today we made another gateau out of meringue discs n chocolate mousse. the most intersting part is to make fans outta untempered choc. i was really dumb at it. dunno why i couldn't do it. maybe i wasn't feeling well so i found it hard to concentrate. however, i managed to finish it in time.
dunno what we'll be making tmrw. then on thursday i've got a 6-hr theory class. crazy right? LCB is really terrible.
my tennis idol pete sampras has officially retired. so sad...will never see him play again. he's soooo cool on court. never lost his temper. just quietly play his game.
