a new life

hello everybody!!!

today i made nougats n fruit paste. nougats i think is sthg that's very familiar to u all. next time i shd sell that in singapore. cheaper than mkt price in singapore coz it's really not expensive to fix one. very profitable i think.

fruit paste is like a jelly sweet thing. too sweet. but chef said it's very popular in france. kids in france bring them to sch. provides them with energy. i think wat he didn't say was it could increase their risk of getting diabetes after eating such sweets.

cutting the nougats was a chore. believe me, if i had a chain saw, i would have used it. dun have that so gotta use my serrated knife n cut each piece. my god....after a while u'll perspire.

went to jean's hosue for dinner. takako cooked us oyako don. i just love donburi. but realized that my appetite has dropped significantly as the days weren't as cold as before.

tmrw jean will be working at my work place. she's working two days a week. i'll handle the busier days that's the weekend. i hope ifel will let me work on friday nights in future. i really enjoyed it.
