a new life

we fixed two gateaus today plus lemon tarts and pistachio ice cream. the ice cream was terrible coz myf ren put too much of the paste in it so the flavour was overpowering. takako took one mouth n couldn't even close her mouth. i laughed n laughed n laughed coz i told her it was really bad.

one of the gateau was made outta three types of bavarois - white choc, dark cho n milk choc. it's not that sweet. it's nice. however, there's the other one made outta coconut mousse, mango n passsionfruit choc ganache. my god...the passionfruit ganache tasted like prunes!!!
the lemon tarts were fantastic! my favourite!!!1

went for a swim after sch. gonna start work at 5am instead.that means i've to sleep by 10pm. my god... anyway, yesterday ifel's bakery was up in the papers. so happy for him!!! "bread is my passion", a note he paste on the front n sees it everyday. how to find another person like him who truly loves his profession n gives his all to bread? all the sacrifices he had to make for ths sake of his bread. i really admire his spirit n his undying passion for bread. maybe that's why we two can get along very well.

i'm looking fwd to going back to work even tho this week's class was not bad.
