worked from 5am to 5.30pm straight. never even sit down. after that went for a swim, came home, ate some veggie n now i'm in front of the pc. packed my stuff for another night shift later. yeah after this i'll be sleeping till 11.30pm, wake up n go off to work. it's my evening nap.
we were extremely busy today. ifel's bread was sold out. i made thrre rounds of lemon tarts and the other tarts just gradually 'disappeared'. had no choice but to stay on to make more tarts. watever tarts i made in the afternoon were sold out. we were all surprised. but it's a result of the sydney morning herald's free ad for ifel's bakery. altho we were tired, everyone's happy. we didn;t work for nothing.
i'm learning the french vulgarities from ifel n yasmina. it's interesting to know these vulgarities. much better than learning french from a school. this is native french man!
oh, i've to work on sunday too coz there isn't enuff croissants or pastries left for monday so ifel asked me to work for about 3hrs on sunday. i'm fine with it. it's in the morning and anyway i dun have any plans to go out. after that can rest. this is how busy we are now. ifel's looking for pple to work for him. it's a pity i can't work for him permanently. i think he's comfortable with me working for him. so do i.
sigh...i'll miss them for sure when i'm back home.
