happy mooncake festival!!! myfr ens n i went to have jap food after the gruelling 6 hr theory class. we also bought a mooncake with two yolks n shared it. it's nowhere as nice as the ones we ate back home. never mind, just to have a bite of it to celebrate mooncake fest.
it's getting warmer here. only 18degrees now. good for me!
tmrw i'll be working alone in the shop in the afternoon. my boss actually wanted to open the shop n let me run it. my god...how can i do that? i've to make tarts, pies, croissants.....it's too crazy an idea. they withdrew that idea.
customer service is really a nuisance when u have tonnes of work to do. mind u, chocolate does not wait for u. so everytime a customer comes in, i've to put down my choc piping bag n serve the customer. when i get back to my work, the choc in the piping bag has set oredi. shit!!!
i am looking fwd to going home. will look for a job after CNY next year. so i'll probably sell cakes from home first. to tell ya the truth i derive no satisfaction from making cakes. only love anything made outta dough.
