today i learnt how to make a windsor tie. it was part of our continual assessment. not bad coz each of us gotta teach someone how to do sthg.
the more intersting session was the second part where we had to promote a product to a "customer" so there was this role play between two classmates. one posed as the customer n the other, "the promoter".
jean was my customer n she surprised me during our "act". she wanted a cake without cream or choc. i was like wat???? n my frens went "no cream or choc?? that's hard man." i didn't kill jean for that. it was fun though.
i wanna change my choc centrepiece to a cat sitting in a hat n a plague saying happy birthday. think it's a brilliant idea. will ask the chef on tuesday. shdn't be a pblm i think. it's a centrepiece.
one more week to go n that's it!!!! i'm looking fwd to going to melb, looking fwd to seeing nuch. n yearning to go home.
it's getting warmer n warmer here. feels alittle like singapore but dry. this sorta weather cheers me up.
