i've been watching videos online. all about baking n cooking. i am very much inspired by all he works. i watched martha stewart assemble a wedding cake, something which i relaly wanna learn. anyone knows where i can learn that in singapore? then i watch jacque torres temper choc n make a centrepiece, rather, a chocolate presnetation out of it....ohhh....those days when we had to make our choc centrepieces. it's too warm to make choc here but it's not impossible. but where can i make another centrepeice? sigh.....
i'm gonna start baking soon. once i get hold of my stuff from my uncle, i can experiment again. i can't remember all the recipes coz i've only done them once. if it's the recipe at my workplace, no pblm. they're in my head.
i went to the dentist yesterday. removed my wisdom tooth. doesn't hurt alot. since i came back, l've been on antibiotics.
can say i've recovered from ear infection. am gonna start swimming tmrw. i feel much better now. not so tired. think i just needed this break. btw, if i dun get a job, i'll start from home. won't die one. patience n determination pays off.
