played four hrs of tennis today. seems like i'm coming down with a cough. been coughing after dinner.
i saw an ad by the patissere, a shop opened up by this gal. n if i'm not wrong, she came from LCB, london. they need pastrychefs. well, i'm gonna try for that position tmrw. hopefully i'll be granted an interview with them. i think that shop's pretty french in their pastries, eps'ly their cakes. alot of mousse but little sponge cake. very very french.
i was told that when i write out my resume, i've to state where i wanna see myself in 3-5 yrs time. had a chat with my sista today n i revealed that i wanna be the pastrychef of the year, just like my fren, baobao! n i wanna deliver quality products to my customers n bring smiles on their faces when they buy the stuff. it's true. u know when i was working in sydney, customers came back n bought the pear tarts coz they said that it didn't only taste good, it looked beautiful. i was very happy when i herad that. those pears were canned ones, not fresh ones.
i have decided that i'll go to bangkok coz i wanna see my frens there. i miss them terribly esp'ly siripon. i haven't deleted the only mail she sent to me. and everytime i open my mailbox, i'll read that mail. really miss her. my mum suggested that we go bangkok around nov 20 to 24th. well, see if i've a job.
a fren of mine told me that her mum might be diagnosed with breast cancer n the docs said that they're 95% sure that she has it. her wedding's just end of next mth n she's pretty sad right now. she said that her mum's quite optimistic abt her condition coz many pple have indeed recovered. if u pray, pls pray for her. her mum will recover coz her daughter's getting married n she shd expect her first grandchild. she will win this battle.
