the belgium chef cried yesteday in the chocolate room. he's udner a lot of pressure yet we all feel bad for not being able to help him out in any ways. just now his eyes were allr ed. sigh...i feel for him.
i've alos decided that i'll quit this job becoz there's no prospect. this malay colleague told me that if u're stuck in the morning shift which she is right now, u get no chance to bake anything. hehe..that means i dune ven get to touch butter. oh yes, i cut 50g of butter today. first time touching butter. hahahaha. can u imagine me stuck in the morning shift n half yr later i'ms till wrapping cakes. just like my malay colleague who's been doing that for a few mths. no prospect at all. then i ask, watz the point of me going to LCB to learn n come home to wrap cakes with cling wrap?
i rather go work in a wholesaler where i've to make lotsa lotsa cakes. if i dun do wat i learnt in LCB, one mth later, i'll forget sthg, n in another mth, i'll forget some more stuff.
this is shit man. i'm not bothered or frightened by the amt of work. if i've to make lotsa lotsa cakes, i'll be more than willing to do so.
