haven't been in here for a long time. nothing much to say actually. just wanna inform u all that i'll be starting work at conrad hotel next monday. mixed feelings right now. think i's becoz the organization's huge n i've enver worked in a hotel, least an international one.
one thing i was really happy about was the laundry services. i dun have to wash my clothes at all. i mean, my uniform. all i need to do is tell them my staff number when i get there n they'll give me my uniform n at the end of the day when i'm done with work, i just have to drop it off at the laundry dept. good right? then they also provide me with shoes. yes!!!! perfect!!!
i was told by the HR that i may not have to work the night shift coz only two pple will work thr'out the nite in the bakery but if i'm on the pastry side then it's only two shifts, but overlapping shift. no idea watz that. gotta ask next week. the chef was supposed to tell me. guess he was too busy to tell me.
ok, i'm entering a new phase in my life. not ez but for wat i wanna do, i will give out my best. gotta strive to be the "pastrychef of the year" in five years' time. even if i dun make it then, it's ok. i'll still pursue it. a long road ahead but i'm sure it's worth it.
so this blogsite will be active once again when i start work.
