i haven't come in here to write for quite some time. well, i'm busy and tired of course.
it's almost a mth since i started work at conrad. i'm doing the afternoon shift right now, 3 to 11pm. after christmas, the afternoon shift pple will be down to 3 n after the new year, it'll be down to 2 if i dun leave. yes, i may stay on to work. ia dmire my chef for handling the pressure so well. however, there's limit as to how much he can withstand all the nonsense. we're seriously sh9ort handed n he warned us that it's not true at all when pple say that business will be slow in jan. it'll be crazier coz of all the functions.
i've learnt tomake some stuff like tiramisu n chocolate royal. the latter's nice but not the former. i have found a ay to manage the dinner buffet at Oscar's all by myself.
